– What do I need to do to cancel my reservation and request a refund for the cancellation fees?

If you meet any of the causes described above and have booked with a Non-Refundable rate, please follow the following steps:

  • Contact us to request the cancellation of the reservation and the invoice for the expenses.
  • Contact the insurance company via email at flexmyroom@arag.es providing your personal information and policy number, attaching the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
  • The insurance company will contact you as soon as possible with the instructions to follow.
